SHIPPING

All paintings are hand packed by me and shipped either FedEX or UPS. If you’re local, in the Portland, OR area, you can pick it up from my studio to avoid shipping costs.

Prints are mailed in a sturdy cardboard envelope.

PRODUCT RETURNS

I want you to be completely happy and thrilled with your purchase, so all products (including paintings, prints and cards) are 100% refundable within the first 30 days of purchase. You pay the return shipping costs. If anything arrives broken, torn, etc, please contact me ASAP so I can file a claim to the shipping carrier and we can sort out what to do next – refund or replacement, if possible.
